Central Paving Constructs New Karcher & I-84 interchange in Nampa

Highlights: Greenfield construction of new roadway alignment and Interchange on I-84. The project required approximately 350,000 CY of earthwork and fill to span railroads, waterways, and roadways/highway. The slope work was typical of many ITD projects successfully completed by Central Paving in over 30 years of experience. The slopes were constructed in phases, in conjunction with the roads and retaining walls/structures. Slopes were graded, topsoiled, and revegetated via hydroseeding. All SWPPP monitoring and compliance with NPDES permitting requirements were also successfully implemented. USACE Section 404 permitting was required for various sections of the job.
